Aurora Mititelu
February 2, 2026Aurora Mititelu is an artist based between Bucharest and Los Angeles, working with computer images, AI, and physical installations to examine how computational media constructs perception, identity, and autonomy.
She is the Coordinator of the AI, Code & Art Summer Institute at UCLA and holds an MFA in Media Arts from UCLA, where she was also a Fulbright grantee. Aurora is currently a Code & Art Y12 member of NEW INC, the New Museum’s cultural incubator in New York, and part of Loop Art Critique at ICA Miami’s Art + Research Center. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including a commission from Google DeepMind and exhibitions at the House of Arts Brno and Strata Modul Gallery in Bucharest.
