Strata Modul Announces Open Artist Call for “Strata is Fair” (10–13 September)
by Lena Vasile on March 25, 2026The open call invites submissions from emerging and established artists working across all media, including painting, sculpture, photography, installation, new media, and interdisciplinary practices. Selected participants will be integrated into a tightly curated presentation that emphasizes conceptual clarity, material precision, and relevance within the current artistic landscape.
Each edition is structured to foreground dialogue between works, encouraging coherence over volume and depth over spectacle. The fair is designed not only as a marketplace, but as a platform for sustained engagement—facilitating meaningful encounters between artists, collectors, curators, and institutional partners.
“Strata is Fair is not about scale—it is about signal,” said Lena Vasile, Gallerist. “We are building a context in which artists are presented with intention, and where collectors encounter works within a framework that prioritizes thought, authorship, and long-term value.”
Participating artists will benefit from direct exposure to Strata Modul’s network of collectors and advisors, as well as inclusion in a communication campaign spanning digital platforms, editorial features, and targeted outreach. The fair will be accompanied by a parallel public program, including talks, performances, and curated events that expand the discursive context of the presentations.
Submission Guidelines
Artists are invited to submit a portfolio (PDF or link), a short statement, and a selection of available works for consideration. Proposals may include existing works or new projects conceived specifically for the fair context.
Deadline for submissions: June 1st, 2026
Submission contact: interface@strata-gallery.com
Selected artists will be notified following a review process conducted by the gallery’s curatorial team.
