Sleepy Press is an experimental publishing project based in Amsterdam, run by Lucia Holásková and Marta Lopes Santos.

Their first issue, on Anger, came out in February and was stocked in 10 bookshops around Europe. Their publication - Letters of No - also presented as an installation at Strata Modul Bucharest, is published in November 2025. In July, Sleepy Press was invited by holo-collective to develop and run an olfactory writing workshop (Scent is Present) as part of holo-’s exhibition AUTOCHORA at Petrohradská Kolektiv in Prague, Czechia. They co-edited a publication from this workshop, which will be published with the support of Petrohradská Kolektiv and Paper Can Dance.

Sleepy Press seeks to playfully expand their publishing practice through publications, workshops, broadcasts and other community events.

Lena Sebik is a graphic designer and visual communication student at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava.
